Full-Time | Hamburg (Hybrid: Minimum 2 days on-site)
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded Strategic Buyer to join our team in Hamburg. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for legal and operational tasks related to international sourcing, with a particular focus on partnerships in the Middle East (Iran, Afghanistan, Syria, etc.). You will curate designer portfolios, manage contracts, and support our marketing and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory: Provide guidance on import/export and customs regulations, with a focus on Middle Eastern markets.
Designer Curation: Identify and curate designers and their products for our platform.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and process contracts with international partners, ensuring legal compliance.
Marketing Operations: Manage our social media accounts, engage with the community, and support marketing campaigns.
Digital Shelf & Asset Management: Maintain digital product listings and manage digital assets.
Order & Inventory Management: Oversee order processing and inventory systems.
General Operations: Support day-to-day business operations as needed.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for the company’s shareholders.
Your Profile
Education: Degree in Law or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven knowledge of contract law and business practices in the Middle East (especially Iran, Afghanistan, Syria).
Languages:
Farsi: Fluent, business-level proficiency required
Arabic, English, German: Basic working knowledge (A2/B1 level in English or German required)
Location: Willingness to work on-site in Hamburg at least 2 days per week.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and intercultural skills. Experience with social media and digital asset management is a plus.

As a Social Media Management Intern, you will support us in building and engaging our online community. You will help create content, manage social media channels, and contribute to our brand’s digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and creation of social media content (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
Assist with community management: responding to messages, comments, and engaging with followers
Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas
Help analyze social media performance and prepare reports
Your Profile
Enrolled in a degree program (Marketing, Communication, Media, or similar)
Languages:
German: Fluent, business-level proficiency required
Arabic, English, Farsi: nice to have
Location: Willingness to work on-site in Hamburg at least 2 days per week.

The Role
As a Digital Shelf Management Intern, you will support us in managing our online product listings. You will ensure that our digital shelves are always up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and maintenance of product listings in our online shop
Upload and organize product images and descriptions
Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Support digital asset management and catalog organization
Collaborate with the team to launch new products
Help monitor inventory and update stock levels online
Your Profile
Enrolled in a degree program (Business, E-Commerce, IT, or similar)
Interest in fashion, design, and digital commerce
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g. Shopify)
Languages:
German: Fluent, business-level proficiency required
Arabic, English, Farsi: nice to have
Location: Willingness to work on-site in Hamburg at least 2 days per week.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and intercultural skills. Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
